Royal Davui is 100% Fijian owned and employs 99% Fijian staff with the majority coming from the neighbouring island of Beqa.

With 70 staff helping in the running of Royal Davui our Guest to Staff ratio is well above industry norms.

Of the 11 villages on Beqa Island, our family of staff comes from the 4 on the western side of Beqa. Our staff are very much family and as such treat each and every one of our guests as long lost members of the village.
