Royal Davui Island Resort employs 99% Fijian staff with the majority coming from the neighbouring island of Beqa. We feel we have a responsibility to help bring employment to our region as well as help to develop areas of education for the local children.

Of the 11 villages on Beqa Island, our family of staff comes from the 4 on the western side of Beqa. Our staff are very much family and as such treat each and every one of our guests as long lost members of the village.
